Monday’s Schedule

In honor of Veterans Day, we will be doing Hero WOD “Murph.”

Wear RED WHITE AND/OR BLUE

The following is Monday’s schedule which includes CrossFit Classes & On-Ramp:

On-Ramp: Since we’re on a holiday schedule you guys can all come to any of the following classes and count it towards one of your classes.

1 mile Run

100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Squats

1 mile Run

*partition reps as needed
