I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend.
We have 4 days left in the ole garage so we will go out in a blaze of glory by doing 4 hero WODs. Thursday looks like it will be the nicest of the days so we’ll be sure to hit a hero WOD which involves mostly outside material.
