I’ll announce the exercises and total repetitions tomorrow. And format. It took me hours to decide the teams. Good luck. I believe they are pretty even. I don’t wanna hear any complaints. These aren’t the CF Games. It’s a garage, bro.

For Time: Row 2000m, 200 Push Ups, 300 Squats, 100 KB Swings, 100 Pull Ups, 75 Burpees, 100 Box Jumps, Row 2000m
Rules:
Complete the reps as a team together.
Only 1 team member can only be moving at a time.
Everyone must participate in each exercise with a minimum of 15 reps.

Hero WOD – “Hammer”
U.S. Army First Sergeant Michael “Hammer” Bordelon, 37, of Morgan City, LA, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team), based out of Fort Lewis, WA, died on May 10, 2005, from injuries sustained when a car bomb exploded near him in Mosul, Iraq on April 23, 2005.
He is survived by his wife Mila; children Mike Jr., Jacob, and Johanna; mother Dolores; and sister Doreen Scioneaux.
